Who is Kim Hannah?

Originally from the Niagara area, Kim moved to Guelph in 1989 along with her husband Dave. She had recently graduated from Niagara College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and came to our city to work in the YMCA/YWCA's Childcare program. After having two children of her own, she made a bold decision to change her career path and became a licensed Realtor in 2002. Following in the footsteps of her father, a successful agent in Niagara, she set out to do real estate differently. Kim's forte is personal service. She's a problem solver. She will go above and beyond in any situation to make sure everyone is happy. A negotiator through and through. Her clients and friends will tell you, no matter what the issue, Kim has your back.
