“It sounds cliché, but I really do care about my clients. I am closely involved in one of the most important decisions of their lives and they need to know they can trust me. I take that very seriously. It’s about building good relationships. Throughout the process, they have to know if they reach out, I’m going to answer. If they have questions, I will get answers. I am all about ‘attention to detail.’ They have to know I will respect their privacy and that my goal is ultimately to ensure they make the right move for their needs. Melissa and her husband Terry, a local business-owner, are raising two teenagers, Chloe and Ethan, with the same values of community-first thinking. Melissa actively supports many local non-profit organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington, and is a current board member with the Elora Centre for the Arts. She knows how special this area is for raising a family and living a good quality life.
